PlayStation Plus January 2026 games have been officially revealed by Sony, and the new year kicks off with a strong lineup featuring Need for Speed Unbound, Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, and Core Keeper.
According to the official announcement on PlayStation Blog, all three titles will be available to PlayStation Plus subscribers from January 6 through February 2, 2026.
Don’t Miss December’s PlayStation Plus Games
Before January’s lineup goes live, Sony reminds players that they still have until January 5 to claim December’s free games. Last month’s offerings included:
- Lego Horizon Adventures
- Killing Floor 3
- The Outlast Trials
- Synduality: Echo of Ada
- Neon White
Once added, these games remain accessible as long as your PlayStation Plus subscription stays active.
Need for Speed Unbound (PS5)

Headlining January’s lineup is Need for Speed Unbound, the latest mainline entry in EA’s long-running racing franchise. Available on PlayStation 5, the game blends classic arcade racing with a bold, animated visual style.
Players can jump into both single-player and multiplayer modes, where the goal is to outrun rivals, evade aggressive police forces, and compete in weekly qualifiers to earn a spot in The Grand, the ultimate street racing showdown in Lakeshore City.
While the game builds on the foundation established by Need for Speed Heat, its striking art direction gives it a fresh and distinctive identity.
Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed (PS4, PS5)

Also joining PlayStation Plus in January is Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, available on both PS4 and PS5. This modern remake reimagines the original 2010 Wii classic with updated visuals and smoother gameplay.
In this 3D platforming adventure, players control Mickey Mouse as he explores the Wasteland—a forgotten world filled with discarded Disney creations. One of the highlights is the return of Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, Disney’s first major character before Mickey rose to fame.
The remake brings the beloved title up to modern standards while preserving its unique charm and atmosphere.
Core Keeper (PS4, PS5)

Rounding out January’s PlayStation Plus lineup is Core Keeper, a cooperative sandbox adventure playable solo or with up to eight players. The game focuses on exploration, mining, crafting, and base-building within a mysterious underground world.
Players gather resources, create powerful tools, construct their own base, and uncover secrets hidden beneath the surface.
January is an especially good time to jump in, as Core Keeper is set to receive a major Void & Voltage update on January 28, 2026. The update introduces:
- A new biome called Breaker’s Reach
- A new boss, S.A.H.A.B.A.R.
- Advanced automation systems
- Additional quality-of-life improvements
A Strong Start to PlayStation Plus in 2026
